One of our partners from another campaign changed jobs — they became the head of SEO with their new organization, and because they had a good experience with us the first time (they left because the client ran into budget issues) they wanted to try out our services with their new organization. This new partner was a well-established brand in the online education space but had ambitious goals for growth, so they contracted ArunSEO for link building and content creation services.

As an established and growing brand in their space (online education), this client came to us with the ambitious goal of increasing their monthly organic traffic by 140,000 visitors. While this was a lofty number, based on the quality of the brand, their willingness to partner with us for link acquisition and content creation, and the resources they made available for the project, we felt confident this goal was attainable (over time).

STRATEGY

This client’s campaign was built on a strong investment in both link building and content creation — like most successful SEO campaigns. The investment in link building grew over the course of the campaign (as efficacy was proven) moving from a target of 30 links per quarter, to 60, and finally increasing to 75 links per quarter. Alongside link acquisition, ArunSEO supported content strategies both in the form of creating linkable assets, as well as consultation for client-created content.

 

ArunSEO delivered 5 detailed content briefs to the client each month for the first 9 months of the campaign and increased to 10 per month for the rest, accounting for the majority of the client’s content ideation efforts.

CHALLENGES

1. Working in niches that required vast amounts of knowledge about highly technical topics — we had to become experts in nursing, teaching, health care, and more, which required ongoing communication with the client and continual learning from our team.
2. Integrating ourselves into the workflows and teams of a massive organization without stepping on the toes of multiple departments.
